Ok! so I know I’m going to sound a little crazy sometimes and I know that my ideas may seem a little strange; but who cares right? It’s up to us to make sure that we do a little self-love in that beautiful head of ours. The infinite power of the universe is inside of us! Crazy huh?

When you think about our soft flesh that can be easily cut open with a sharp end of a rock or your body takes a tumble-down a hill, super huge chance of breaking a bone right? And let me not even get started on the mind itself. The intricate powerful yet fragile mind. That beautiful computer processor so to speak, has so much untapped potential. We are only barely now starting to scratch the surface of science and knowledge of the unknown.

So this fear, panic, & anxiety you may be having right now because of the pain and chaos of the world. That’s your body showing you the symptoms that you’re waking up. WHOAH RIGHT?

Waking up from what you might ask?? How can I be asleep if I’m reading this post right now?

Well sit back kiddos!! And let me tell you!!!

We were born into this world pure and innocent in the sense that our “souls”(the higher self inside of us the jiminy cricket in our heads) hadn’t yet been tainted by the experiences from our environment.

We came from a secure and direct line from the mother inside the womb. Then bam! Light! Cold! Noise! And the sudden urge of hunger!

WTF is going on!!!! (Lol- that’s what I think a baby is saying in its head as we pass through into this new world.)

The immediate instinct is to hear and smell the scent and voice of the mother, the vessel this little new earthling was catching a ride from for about 10 months. AWWWW we are in her arms. We feel her warmth and presences; we are cool, we are Gucci, and everything is going fine then BAM!!!

A stranger who I do not know wearing a mask comes at me then starts wiping me down with a cold cloth. Who the hell are you?? And why am I talking to my self? Is there another voice here with me?

Hey! HI! Bonjour! Hola! Hello! I am you and you are I! 😉

This little bad boy ladies and gentleman is our “ego”/”self” there’s a ton of names for this little voice. She/he is dope; they are an evolutionary gift from many ancestors ago!

The voice was made to protect us from danger and the unknown; they are your backbone!

BUT this little voice can also be your enemy, if induced with stress or other pressuring factors or even just the feeling of isolation and loneliness. These factors can turn your self/ego up super high. Think of it like a volume dial, it goes up to protect but when it’s turned up too loud you can’t hear your surrounding. The poor ego has gotten a bad rap. The ego doesn’t have to be the cause of all of your problems.

It can be the solution that’s been literally right under our noses! Your ego can be tricked into doing what you want because your ego is you! But pain and suffering can turn an ego against you. Think of your ego as a little sister or brother, if you’re not taking care of them they are going to lash out. You just have to use Jedi skills of your higher self to get you there.

I am obviously just a novice! But I’m super excited to go down the path of wisdom and knowing!! So I can hack life around me! Bring out my positive light and share it with the world.

I’m not even exaggerating the energy and electricity coursing through my body is intense. Knowing we are all connected and we can all wake up from this sleeping reality society (aka others around us/ the world views/ negative experiences) all of these contributing factors have put us in this slumber!
